Send meeting reports to Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho
SalesforceHubSpotZohoProUpdated Nov 2, 2026
Connect your CRM, and you can add any template report, such as a MEDDPICC deal report, as a note on the customer's contact. Acta finds the contact from the customer emails in the meeting, or you type the email yourself.
Connect your CRM
- 1In Acta, open Integrations and choose CRM.
- 2Click Connect on Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho and sign in.
- 3The card shows Connected. If it later shows Reconnect needed, click Reconnect and sign in again.
Push a report to the CRM
- 1Open the meeting, then the Templates tab, and pick a report.
- 2Click Push to CRM.
- 3Choose the CRM and check the Customer email. Acta suggests the customers from the meeting; leave it empty to use the first attendee who is a contact.
- 4Click the Send to button.
What the note contains
- The report's name, the meeting and its date.
- In short, the status, what is still to find out, every section of the report and key quotes.
- A link back to the full report in Acta.
Sending again
A CRM the report was already sent to shows a tick. Sending again adds another note.
Troubleshooting
I don't see Push to CRM
It shows when a CRM is connected in Integrations, on reports that aren't marked Not relevant.
It says to connect or reconnect
Open Integrations, click Connect or Reconnect on the CRM and sign in again.
