Acta has three plans. Free gives you 15 days with unlimited recordings and transcriptions, report templates, Ask Acta and 600 minutes of storage. Pro is priced per seat per month, billed monthly or annually, with a saving on annual billing; this page shows the price in your currency. Enterprise is priced on request.

Yes. Every account starts with the Free plan for 15 days, with unlimited recordings and transcriptions, the desktop app, the Chrome extension, the mobile apps and report templates, so you can try Acta on real meetings before upgrading.

Pro adds unlimited AI summaries and storage, meeting consolidation (asking questions across many meetings), talk-time analytics, a follow-up centre for action points, downloads of transcripts, summaries and recordings, and unlimited integrations.

Everything in Pro, plus on-premise deployment, single sign-on, APIs, white-label options, private storage, custom data retention, a transcript and summary only mode, a super admin role and a dedicated account manager.

Yes. The Pro plan is priced per seat per month. Each person who records meetings with Acta needs a seat.

Yes. You can change or cancel your plan from your dashboard at any time. If you cancel, your account stays active until the end of the current billing period.

No. All purchases are nonrefundable, as set out in our Terms of Service. You can cancel at any time, and the cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid term.

Your data is kept for a 30-day grace period after cancellation and may be permanently deleted after that, so download anything you need before cancelling.

Major credit and debit cards. For business customers, other payment arrangements are available on request.
