  • What is the difference between SaaS and ACTA FOR ENTERPRISE?

    ACTA-SaaS is particularly popular among small businesses as it is cost-effective solutions without the need for extensive in-house IT infrastructure. Hosting applications on-premise means deploying and running the applications within your organization's premises or data center, rather than relying on a cloud-based or external hosting provider.

  • Is my data stored in ACTA in SaaS model?

    Acta holds your data in secure cloud storage that achieves the security standards required for our hosted platform and our customers’ needs. Acta does not access your audio recordings unless given explicit consent for troubleshooting specific product support issues and/or the user opts in to contribute data for system improvement.

  • Is my data stored in ACTA in ENTERPRISE model?

    Nothing can be viewed when you deploy ACTA with in your cloud or data center. No one from outside of your organization can access your ACTA.

  • Is my data utilized for training with 3rd party external providers?

    No. Our 3rd party AI service providers do not train on user data or utilize user data for training purposes.

  • How can I improve the responses from the AI model?

    You can improve your model with your own data when you host ACTA on your own cloud or data center.

  • Are there any other techniques to enhance AI model interactions?

    Trying different phrasings or being more specific in your queries can also yield improved responses.

  • How to invite ACTA Visrtual Assistant to my meeting

    ACTA support Google Meet, Zoom and Teams. You can copy and paste the meeting link in ACTA. Thats it.

  • How long does it take to get my Transcription, Summary and Action point.

    For one hour meeting, Acta will take 8 to 10 mins to reflect Transcription, Summary and Action point in dashboard

  • I had a meeting sometime ago and still have not received a recap?

    It takes 8-15 minutes for our system to process meetings. If it is past 15 minutes and you haven't received a meeting recap yet, please check the following scenarios
    1. Acta Virtual Assitant is not joined the meeting
    2. Meeting is not ended properly.

  • Can I export meeting summary

    Yes, You can export meeting transcript,summary and action points in word format
