Use Acta in Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants

MCPClaudeChatGPTProUpdated Nov 2, 2026

Connect Acta to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any assistant that supports MCP connectors, then ask about your meetings from there: what was decided, who owes what, and what a meeting covered.

Connect an assistant

  1. 1In Acta, open Settings → AI assistants and click Copy next to the Connector URL.
  2. 2In your assistant, open its connector settings and add a custom connector.
  3. 3Paste the URL and name it Acta.
  4. 4Sign in to Acta when it asks, and choose Allow.
  5. 5Ask, for example: "What did we decide about pricing last week?"

What the assistant can see

  • Search your meetings: what was said, decided or agreed.
  • Read a meeting: summary, participants and transcript.
  • See action items: owners, due dates and what is overdue.
  • See the Decision log: decisions, owners and changes.
  • Use OneChat's agents: risks, promises, follow-through and decision history.

It only reads, unless you allow changes

Assistants can't delete or share anything. Under Connected assistants you can let one mark action items done, comment or set a decision's status; each change is marked in Acta, with Undo. They only see meetings you can see in Acta, never your OneChat files and links.

Manage or disconnect

  • Connected assistants shows each one, when it was last used and its lookups this week.
  • Switch each OneChat agent on or off for each assistant.
  • Click Disconnect to stop it seeing your meetings right away.

Troubleshooting

Is it included in my plan?

It's part of Pro and included in the 15-day free trial. After the trial, connected assistants stay listed and work again when you upgrade.
