Let's move onboarding to the new template before the next kickoff.
Ask across every meeting, file and link
Your meetings become a searchable meeting knowledge base. Ask one chat about all of them, plus the PDFs, Word and Excel files and web pages you add, and every line of the answer links to the moment in the meeting or the page in the file.
- Choose meetings by date, people or type
- Contracts, price lists and playbooks in the same answer
- Click a source to play that moment
Yes. The contract allows a two-year price hold 1, and you agreed to it on the renewal call, subject to finance 2. Increases after that are capped at 5% 3.
Every action item, followed to done
Action items from all your meetings in one place, with owners and due dates. See what's open, overdue and due this week, and send a daily follow-up so nothing slips.
- Group by meeting or by person

Frequently asked questions
Can't find what you need? Contact us.
What is Acta?
Acta is an AI meeting assistant and AI note taker for Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. It records your meetings, with or without a bot, and turns them into transcripts with speaker names, summaries and action items. You can ask questions across your meetings, and role-specific report templates turn conversations into reports and tickets.
Can Acta record a meeting without a bot joining?
Yes. The Acta desktop app (Windows and Mac) and the Acta Chrome extension record from your own computer, so no bot or extra participant appears in the meeting. If you prefer, Acta's notetaker can join meetings from your calendar instead.
Which meeting platforms does Acta work with?
Zoom, Google Meet and Microsoft Teams. The desktop app records the Zoom and Teams desktop apps, the Chrome extension records meetings in your browser, and the notetaker joins all three.
How does Ask Acta answer questions across meetings?
You choose the meetings, and Acta indexes their transcripts. When you ask a question, it finds the most relevant parts of those conversations and writes an answer from them. This approach is called retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and it keeps answers grounded in what was actually said.
What are Acta's report templates?
Templates are report formats built for a specific role, such as MEDDPICC or BANT for sales calls, scorecards for interviews, ticket creation for product meetings, post-mortems for incident reviews, lecture notes for classes or draft SOAP notes for clinical visits. They read the meeting and produce a structured report in that role's format, and skip meetings they are not meant for.
Can Acta create Jira or Asana tickets from a meeting?
Yes. The Ticket suggestions template turns the tasks discussed in a meeting into tickets in Jira, Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com.
Do I see the transcript during the meeting?
No. Acta transcribes the meeting once it ends, and the transcript, summary and action items are usually ready a few minutes later. That way you can stay in the conversation instead of reading along.
Can I send meeting notes to HubSpot, Salesforce or Notion?
Yes. Connect your tools and send notes to HubSpot, Salesforce or Zoho CRM, or to Notion, Confluence and Google Drive.
Does Acta know who said what?
Yes. Transcripts are labelled with each speaker's name, taken from the meeting and from the attendees of your calendar invite.
Are my meeting recordings private?
Yes. Recordings and notes are saved to your Acta account and are only shared if you share them. They are encrypted in transit and at rest. See our security page for details.
Make your next meeting count.
Record it, understand it and act on it with Acta.
