Ask OneChat about your meetings, files and links
OneChatWeb appUpdated Nov 2, 2026
OneChat answers questions across all your meetings, and any files and links you add. Each answer shows where it was found, so you can open the meeting or file and check.
Ask a question
- 1Open OneChat in the sidebar.
- 2Type a question, or pick one of the suggestions from your recent meetings and files.
- 3Read the answer. Found in shows the meetings and files it used; click one to open it at that moment.
Choose what it looks in
- Click the button under the question box to choose all meetings, some meetings, or your files and links.
- If an answer isn't found, Look in all my meetings widens the search and asks again.
Add files and links
- Drop files on the question box or use the paperclip, up to 10 at a time. You can add links too.
- They are kept in Artifacts and read in the background, so you can ask about them in any chat.
What you can ask
| Ask about | For example |
|---|---|
| Decisions | What did we decide this week? |
| Action items | What's overdue for me? |
| Promises | Who promised to do what in my last meeting? |
| Risks and follow-through | What risks came up, and were decisions carried out? |
| Decision history | Why did we choose this vendor? Then add it to the Decision log. |
- Download an answer as a Word report or a PowerPoint deck.
- Rename a chat, change what it looks in, or delete it from the chat's menu.

Troubleshooting
Can OneChat make things up?
OneChat answers only from your meetings, files and links, and shows its sources. Check them for anything important.
What happens after my trial?
You can still read your chats; asking new questions needs a paid plan.
Can my team ask about my meetings?
Only about the meetings you shared with the workspace.
