Getting Started
Download the Acta.ai app from the Google Play Store
Search for "Acta.ai" in the Play Store and tap Install
Sign in with your existing Acta.ai account
Use the same credentials as your web account
Allow notifications
Enable notifications to receive meeting alerts and reminders
Connect your calendar
Integrate with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook to view upcoming meetings

Joining Meetings
The Acta.ai Android app allows you to join scheduled meetings directly without switching between apps:
Open the Acta.ai app and navigate to the "Upcoming" tab
Find your meeting and tap "Join"
Select your preferred meeting platform (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams)
Acta.ai will automatically join as a participant and begin recording
Offline Access
The Android app allows you to access previously loaded meeting content without an internet connection. This is particularly useful for reviewing meeting notes while traveling or in areas with limited connectivity, ensuring you always have access to critical information.
