Set up your team in Acta

A workspace puts your team on one Acta plan. The owner creates it and invites people, and each person uses one seat. Everyone's meetings stay private unless they share them with the workspace.
Create a workspace
- When you sign up, choose With my team at How will you use Acta?, give the workspace a name and invite up to 9 colleagues.
- Already use Acta on your own? Invite people from Settings → Subscription.
Invite people
- 1Open Settings → Workspace and click Invite people.
- 2Enter one or more email addresses, separated by commas, and click Send invites.
- 3Each person gets an email with a link. It works only for that email and expires after 7 days. Until then, the invite holds a seat and shows as Pending.
Seats
During your free trial, invites are free for up to 10 people. After that, the owner pays for the seats you keep. When there aren't enough free seats, the invite window shows the price, and its Pay … and send button adds the seats and sends the invites.
Roles

Share a meeting with the workspace
- 1Open the meeting and click the share icon.
- 2Choose Everyone in your workspace. They can open it and ask OneChat about it; only you can rename or delete it.
- 3Choose Private to make it yours again.
When someone leaves
- The owner or an admin clicks Remove next to the person in Settings → Workspace. Their seat becomes free.
- The meetings they recorded in the workspace move to the Archive. Admins see the title, the person, the date and the length, never what was said.
- Meetings they had shared stay readable until an admin deletes them from the Archive.
Troubleshooting
Can my teammates see my meetings?
No, not unless you share a meeting with the workspace. Each person's meetings are private by default.
The invite link doesn't work
It works only for the email it was sent to and expires after 7 days. Ask the owner to send a new invite.
Who pays for the seats?
The workspace owner. The people you invite don't pay anything.
