How do I make a project status report from my meetings?

Short answer

Turn on Acta's Project status template and record your project meetings. After each one, Acta writes a status report: red, amber or green per project with the reason, the blockers, risks, decisions and owned action items. Risks raised are also kept in the Risk Registry across meetings.
