What is the Project status template?
Status reports take an hour to write and are out of date by Friday. Acta writes one from the meetings themselves: a red, amber or green status per project, why, and who owns what.
How does Acta decide red, amber or green?
From what was said in the meeting about progress, blockers and risks, and it gives a short justification for each status.
Does it track action items?
Yes. Each action item is listed with the team member who owns it and the due date.
Can AI write the Project status from a meeting?
Yes. Acta records the meeting on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or in person with the mobile app, and writes the Project status afterwards from what was said. Anything the meeting didn't cover is shown as missing, not made up.
Do I need a bot in the meeting to get the Project status?
No. The Acta desktop app and Chrome extension record from your own computer, so no bot joins the call. When you can't attend, the Acta notetaker can join from your calendar instead.
Is the template free to try?
Yes. Acta is free for 15 days, with unlimited recordings and transcriptions, and every report template included.
Your next Project status, written for you.
