How do I ask ChatGPT or Claude about my meetings?
Short answer
Connect your meeting notes to the assistant with an MCP connector. Acta's connector works with ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot and other assistants that support remote MCP connectors: add it, sign in to Acta and choose Allow, then ask about your Zoom, Google Meet and Teams meetings. Answers link back to the meeting in Acta.
How to do it with Acta
- 1
Copy the connector URL
In Acta, open Settings → AI assistants and copy the connector URL.
- 2
Add it to your assistant
Add a custom MCP connector with that URL, for example in Claude under Settings → Connectors, or in ChatGPT's developer mode.
- 3
Sign in and allow
Your assistant sends you to Acta. Sign in, check what it may do and choose Allow.
- 4
Ask
For example: “What did we decide about pricing last week?” or “What does Priya still owe from Monday's call?”
What you get
- Works with any assistant that supports remote MCP connectors
- Answers cite the meeting, with a link back to Acta
- Only meetings you can see in Acta
- Changes only if you allow them, each with Undo

Which plan do I need?
Using Acta from an AI assistant is part of Acta Pro, free for the first 15 days. Your assistant's plan must also include custom connectors.
Can the assistant change my notes?
Only if you allow it. Marking action items done, commenting on action items and setting a decision's status are each off unless you switch them on, and every change can be undone in Acta.
