How do I write meeting minutes with AI?

Short answer

Record the meeting and let Acta write them. Every meeting gets notes with the decisions, next steps and action items with owners. For formal minutes, turn on the Board meeting minutes template: Acta writes each agenda item and outcome, resolutions with proposer, seconder and result, the actions and the next meeting date.
