How do I find a specific moment in a meeting recording?

Short answer

Jump from the notes to the recording. In Acta, where the moment can be found, a time shows next to each decision, next step, topic and takeaway; click it to play that moment. You can also read the transcript with speaker names, or ask Ask Acta a question and get the answer from what was said.
