What is the PRD draft template?

Can one meeting produce more than one PRD?

Yes. Acta writes a separate PRD for each initiative it finds in the discussion.

Can the PRD tasks become tickets?

Yes. Use the Ticket suggestions template on the same meeting to create Jira, Asana, ClickUp or Monday.com tickets.

Can AI write the PRD draft from a meeting?

Yes. Acta records the meeting on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or in person with the mobile app, and writes the PRD draft afterwards from what was said. Anything the meeting didn't cover is shown as missing, not made up.

Do I need a bot in the meeting to get the PRD draft?

No. The Acta desktop app and Chrome extension record from your own computer, so no bot joins the call. When you can't attend, the Acta notetaker can join from your calendar instead.
