Which AI meeting report template should I use?
Short answer
Pick by the meeting and your role. Sales calls: MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN or SPICED. Interviews: Candidate assessment. Product and engineering: PRD draft, Ticket suggestions, Project status. Clinics: Clinical visit note (SOAP). Acta has 40 templates in 11 groups; turn on any mix, and templates that don't fit a meeting are listed under Not relevant.
How to do it with Acta

Open Templates
In Acta, click Templates in the sidebar.

Filter by group
Search or filter by group, such as Sales or Healthcare.

Preview
Click Preview on a card to see what the report covers.

Turn it on
Switch it on. It runs on your next meetings.

Good to know
Can I change what a template writes?
Not yet. Each template writes a fixed set of sections, shown when you click Preview.
Are templates free?
Templates are included in the free trial and in Acta Pro.
