The short answer
Most AI notetakers have a free plan and paid plans between about $8 and $40 per user a month billed annually. Otter Pro has the lowest published paid price ($8.33). Fathom's free plan includes unlimited recordings. Gong doesn't publish prices. Annual billing usually saves 17 to 33%.
