What is the Lecture notes template?
Listen in class instead of copying slides. Acta turns the recording into study notes: concepts in the order they were taught, what the teacher said was important, and review questions with answers.
Does it highlight what will be on the exam?
It highlights the points the teacher marked as important or examinable.
Can I record an in-person lecture?
Yes. Use the Acta mobile app to record in the room.
Can AI write the Lecture notes from a meeting?
Yes. Acta records the meeting on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or in person with the mobile app, and writes the Lecture notes afterwards from what was said. Anything the meeting didn't cover is shown as missing, not made up.
Do I need a bot in the meeting to get the Lecture notes?
No. The Acta desktop app and Chrome extension record from your own computer, so no bot joins the call. When you can't attend, the Acta notetaker can join from your calendar instead.
Is the template free to try?
Yes. Acta is free for 15 days, with unlimited recordings and transcriptions, and every report template included.
