KPI review meeting template

KPI review written from your meeting

A KPI review is only useful if the fixes are written down. Acta lists every metric with its target and trend, explains each miss, and records the fix and the person who owns it.

What the KPI review contains

Every KPI with value, target, trend and owner, plus misses and the agreed fixes.

  1. 1

Lists each metric discussed with its value, target, trend and owner.

  2. 2

Explains each miss: the cause given, the fix agreed and who owns it.

  3. 3

Captures decisions, operational risks and next steps with owners and dates.

When to use it

A KPI review is only useful if the fixes are written down. Acta lists every metric with its target and trend, explains each miss, and records the fix and the person who owns it.

What happens when a KPI is missed?

The report records the cause given in the meeting, the fix agreed and who owns it.

Does it capture risks too?

Yes. Decisions, operational risks and next steps are listed with owners and dates.

Can AI write the KPI review from a meeting?

Yes. Acta records the meeting on Zoom, Google Meet or Microsoft Teams, or in person with the mobile app, and writes the KPI review afterwards from what was said. Anything the meeting didn't cover is shown as missing, not made up.

Do I need a bot in the meeting to get the KPI review?

No. The Acta desktop app and Chrome extension record from your own computer, so no bot joins the call. When you can't attend, the Acta notetaker can join from your calendar instead.

Is the template free to try?
