Answers / Follow-through

How do I share AI meeting notes with people who don't use Acta?

Short answer

Share a link, or send the notes where people already work. In Acta, Share turns on a link to a meeting's notes so people without Acta can read them. You can also email a follow-up, download the notes as a PDF, Word or Excel file on plans that include downloads, or send summaries to Notion, Google Drive or Confluence.

How to do it with Acta

  1. 1

    Open the meeting

Go to My meetings and click the meeting.

  2. 2

    Click Share

Turn on a link to the notes and send it to anyone.

  3. 3

    Or download

Download saves the notes as a PDF, Word or Excel file. On plans without downloads, the button asks you to upgrade.

  4. 4

    Or send them on

Connect Notion, Google Drive or Confluence in Integrations to keep summaries with your team's documents.

What you get

  • Private until you share
  • A link for people without Acta
  • PDF, Word and Excel downloads
  • Notion, Google Drive and Confluence

Good to know

Who can see my meetings by default?

Only you. In a workspace, each person's meetings stay private unless they share them.

Can I add my own notes before sharing?

Yes. Add note adds your own note to the meeting, and topics and key takeaways can be edited.
