How do I log sales call notes in my CRM automatically?

Short answer

Connect your CRM to an AI meeting assistant that records your calls. Acta records sales calls on Zoom, Google Meet and Teams, with or without a bot, and sends the results to your CRM: meeting summaries, action points and deal reports to Salesforce, summaries and action points to HubSpot, and meeting and deal summaries to Zoho.

How to do it with Acta

  1. 1

    Connect your CRM

In Acta, open Integrations, find Salesforce, HubSpot or Zoho and click Connect.

  2. 2

    Turn on a deal template

Pick MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN or SPICED, the framework your team uses.

  3. 3

    Record the call

Use the desktop app or Chrome extension for no bot, or let the notetaker join from your calendar.

  4. 4

    Check the CRM

After the call, the notes are sent to your CRM.

What you get

  • Salesforce, HubSpot and Zoho CRM
  • MEDDPICC, BANT, SPIN and SPICED deal reports
  • No bot needed on client calls
  • Ask across every call with one account
