General Billing Questions

What payment methods does Acta.ai accept?

We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. For Business plan customers, we may offer alternative payment arrangements upon request.

When will I be billed?

For monthly subscriptions, you will be billed on the same day each month as your initial subscription date. For annual subscriptions, you will be billed once a year on your subscription anniversary.

How can I view my past invoices?

Access all your past invoices and billing history directly from your Acta.ai dashboard. Navigate to 'Settings' → 'Billing' to find your invoice history.

Subscription Management

How do I upgrade or downgrade my subscription?

You can change your subscription plan at any time from your dashboard. Go to 'Settings' → 'Subscription' and select the plan you wish to switch to. Changes will be prorated for your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Cancel your subscription from your dashboard under 'Settings' → 'Subscription'. Your plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data is retained for a 30-day grace period after cancellation to allow for re-subscription. After this period, data may be permanently deleted. We recommend downloading important data before canceling.

Refunds & Credits

What is Acta.ai's refund policy?

We handle refund requests on a case-by-case basis. Contact our support team within 30 days of payment for refund consideration. Annual subscriptions may be eligible for partial refunds.

Do unused meeting hours roll over?

Meeting hours do not roll over from month to month. Each billing cycle starts with a fresh allocation of hours based on your subscription plan.
